Fransisco D. "Sisco" Soliz, 47, of Rockford, IL, passed away suddenly, Wednesday, July 5, 2023. He was born January 11, 1976 in Rockford, IL, the son of Maria Soliz. Sisco graduated from East High School. He owned and operated A and D Roofing and Construction for many years. Sisco enjoyed gardening, grilling and watching movies with his sisters. He loved being outside and working in the yard. Sisco was a very hard worker. He liked playing football with his nephews. Sisco loved his pets, especially Buddy and Cash.
Sisco is loved and will be missed by his children, Danielle, and Andres; mother, Maria Soliz; sisters, Barbara (Ivan) Soliz-Price, Lila Hollaway, Eveline Hollaway, Rosita Soliz; nephews, Eddie (Acacia) Blaylock, Ivan Price, Jr., Gabriel Soliz; 4 great-nephews; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Angelica Soliz, grandparents, Robert and Esther Soliz.
