Jack Hiram McCullough, 27, of Rockford, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018. Born July 19, 1990 in Princeton, WV. Son of Warren and Kathy (Sexton) McCullough Jr. He found enjoyment in fishing and listening to music.
