Jennifer Diane Grow, 67, of Rockford, IL, passed away peacefully, Thursday, November 4, 2021 surrounded by her loving family at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. She was born November 19, 1953 in Leighton, AL, the daughter of Martha Watson. In 1974, Jennifer married Dennis Grow. Jennifer was one of the original employees at Anderson Packaging and eventually retired from there. She was an avid gardener who loved canning her bounty. Jennifer was very crafty and enjoyed quilting. She is loved and will be missed.
Jennifer is survived by her daughter, Wendy (Vahap Korkmaz) Whiteside; honorary son, Mark (Tammy) Timbs; faithful companion, Piper; siblings, Ronnie (Cheri) Davenport, Mike Watson, Melvin Clapp and Johnny Clapp; special nieces and nephew, Keith Davenport, Rhonda (Josh) Kaske and Katrina Crumpton. She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha and sister, Lisa Clapp.
Per Jennifer’s wishes, a private family gathering will be held.
