

Kevin W. “Bud” Knotts, 58 of Loves Park, Il. died Monday, December 4, 2017. In a life well celebrated Bud was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Bud was retired but did enjoy driving a semi-truck over the road for many years he also worked at Coachman camper and he worked as a mechanic and drove a tow truck for Foley's Marathon. Bud enjoyed wearing unique hats to dazzle his friends and family. In recent years he enjoyed woodworking projects, garage sales and estate sales. He really enjoyed camping and fishing. He was known for his luck with scratch off lottery tickets. Bud loved Christmas, especially decorating the yard. He was a big fan of the Green Bay Packers and NASCAR . Bud was born in Fair Chance, PA. on July 23, 1959 to J.W. and Emma (Brangard) Knotts.
Survived by wife, Lisa Knotts; children, Kevin Knotts Jr., Terri Cruz, Gena (Jason) Miller, Cierra Lewis, David Lewis; many loving grandchildren, nieces and nephews; sisters, Rose (Lloyd) Long, Linda Knotts, Jean (Rod) Mc Cloy, Donna (Raymond) Cain; niece Angela Tate; best friend, nephew and daily companion, Bob Wright; pet cat, Duke. Predeceased by parents; son, Joseph Cruz; several loving brothers and sisters; nephew, Kevin Wright.
