Laurie Osborne passed away November 30 in Sterling Illinois. Born April 5, 1961 to John and Theora Osborne. Laurie lived in numerous facilities during her adult years as a result of her special needs as a result of being born with tuberous sclerosis. Laurie is survived by her mother Theora, brother Kirk (Tara) and nephew Jack. She is predeceased by her father John and sister Leslie.
