LeRoy is survived by his daughter, Paula Kirchner; nephews, Matthew Eggert, Mark Eggert, and Michael Raymond; brother, Joseph Raymond; niece, April Rucker. He was preceded in death by his life partner, Joan Larson.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 1pm until the time of service at 2pm at Advantage Funeral Home (7000 W. State Street, Rockford, IL 61102). Interment to follow in Willwood Burial Park.
