Martha Louis Weber, 68, of Rockford passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, March 14, 2020. Born October 29, 1951 in Rockford. Daughter of Charles and Beryl (Gustafson) Spielman. Survived by her husband, Clarence Joseph Weber; daughter, Amiee Maldonado; grandchildren, Izabella Elena and Valentin Michael Maldonado; sister, Peggy (Gary) Craig; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents; sister, Laurel (Randy) Garner.
