She was born June 9, 1940 in Beloit, Wisconsin the daughter of Harold and Kathryn Calkins, she later married Jack Kleine he preceded her in death December 7, 1977. She was also preceded in death by her parents.
Nancy is survived by her daughter; Kristine Kleine, her son; Jim Kleine, one grandson; Evan Kleine, her two brothers; Richard (Marcy) Calkins and David Calkins and several nieces and nephews.
She was an avid Chicago Bears Fan, Nancy worked at OSF. St Anthony’s Medical Center for over 30 years. She loved her children and her work very much, she was a very hard worker.
Nancy’s Family would like to acknowledge her friends and coworkers at OSF St. Anthony’s Medical Center for all the friendship and support.
Funeral Services will take place Friday March 30, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Advantage Funeral and Cremation services, visitation will from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00p.m. at Advantage Funeral and Cremation Service 7000 West State Street Rockford, IL 61102.
Father Wentink will officiate services.
