Ruth R. Meylor, 88 was welcomed into heaven on Sunday, March 15, 2015 in her home surrounded by her family. Born in Houghton, Iowa on March 21, 1926. She married William Meylor on August 24, 1959 and preceded her in death in September 2014. Ruth’s passion was her church, teaching and being a grandmother. She touched countless lives in her teaching career and in her personal life.
Survivors: daughters, Suzanne Wilburn and Michelle (William) Meyers; grandchildren, Mark (Molly), Marisa, Michael, Angelia, Justin and Traci-Lee; great- grandchildren, Brianna and Charles; sisters, Rosie Ping, Ceil Kruse and Gertie Kruse. Predeceased by her parents; husband, William; brothers, Joe and Barney; sisters, Martha and Marietta.
