Sandra K Taylor

Mrs. Taylor was born on August 20, 1940 in Canton, IL to her parents, Thomas and Mildred Hooper.

She attended Western Illinois University where she studied music theory. She graduated from Canton

High School in 1957.She worked for Wurlitzer in Dekalb for many years. She married Robert W.

Taylor in 1960.

We are celebrating the homecoming of Sandy Taylor. She has been fighting for a long time, and is

finally complete, and at peace with The Father. She loved music and was a talented musician. She

enjoyed playing both the organ and piano. She played for churches and country clubs for many years.

She had a love for the Old Testament, studying the ultimate love story! She loved her family and

enjoyed spending time with them. Other things she enjoyed were college football (especially

Alabama), baseball, American history, being on the go, and animals of all kinds.

Mrs.Taylor is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Shelly and Rob Weers of Poplar Grove, IL;

and four grandchildren; Josiah, Triana, Micah, and Judah. She is preceded in death by her husband,

Robert, her sister, Lila Mae Henderson, and her brothers, Robert Kreidler, and Sheldon Hooper.

At this time services for her are going to be held privately with the family.
