Viola E. Stillman

Viola E. Stillman, 89, of Rockford, IL, passed away peacefully, Sunday morning, May 24, 2020 at Heritage Woods of Rockford. Viola was born June 13, 1930 in Dexterville, WI, the daughter of Otto and Bertha (Yetchman) Mundt. She was an amazing mother and grandmother who loved to cook and garden. Viola was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church. She enjoyed old time country western music. Viola was the matriarch of our family and she will be missed.

Viola is loved by children, Eugene (Bonnie) Stillman, Robert (Kristine) Stillman, Kenneth Stillman, Betty (Michael) Shipman, and Dorothy (Jeff) Hilden; grandchildren, Brent, Crissy, Timmy, Nathan, Kaitlyn, Ethan and Marie. Viola was preceded in death by her parents, children, Lawrence and Lois Stillman, and 12 siblings.
