

Wanda D. Brito, 70, of Rockford, IL, passed away February 3, 2022. She was born on March 11, 1951 in Lepanto, Arkansas to Leslie and Minnie Wadley. Wanda was a dedicated and hard working woman. She spent 42 years employed to Testors as a fork lift driver. She enjoyed spending her time baking and cooking as well as trying her luck gambling at the slot machines. Wanda also liked to relax and watch movies and tv shows like true crime. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be missed by many.
She leaves to cherish her memory; her son, Jesse (Nikki) Wadley, step daughter; Brenda Brito; brother; Rob (Joann) West, as well as Francisco Brito, and her in laws; Harold Smith, Genelle West. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Brianna (Kevin) Koppling, Brandon (Cameron) Wadley, great grandson; Beckett Kopping, step grandchildren; Frank Rosado, Anthony Rosado, and Stephanie Rosado, as well as best friend and niece Fran Roggensack and additional nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
She is welcomed into heaven by her parents Leslie and Minnie Wadley, and siblings; Debra Simpson, Eugene West, Bill West, Ben West, Joy Smith, Lucy Taylor.
A funeral for Wanda is scheduled for Friday February 11, 2022 at 2pm at Advantage Funeral Home. Located at 7000 West State St. Rockford IL A visitation will take place at 1pm until the time of service.
