Warren LeRoy Bennett, 82, of Rockford, IL. died Friday, December 22, 2017, peacefully in his home with family by his side. Born in Muskegon,MI. on January 15, 1935 to Roy and Elsie (Cudney) Bennett. In a life well celebrated, Warren earned a bachelor of teaching degree from Graceland College in Iowa. He was a member of the RLDS Church of Iowa. Warren volunteered his time with the Peace Corp in the Philippines. Warren was a valued employee for U.S. Customs for over 30 years until retiring.
Survivors: children, Debbie (David) McNutt, Tim (Nikkole) Bennett, David (Annette) Bennett; 8 grandchildren.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Advantage Funeral Home was honored to assist the family.
