Born February 11, 1921 in Belvidere to William and Lois (Packard) Rosenke.
Wilma went on to marry Leo Porter in 1940, he predeceased her in 1948. She later married Harold Phillips in 1951.
Wilma was a proud member of the Indoor Sports Club. She attended First Free Evangelical Church, and thoroughly enjoyed playing bingo.
Survivors include her children, Carla (Jay) Horvath, Linda Wachsmuth, Phyllis Jensen, Gerry Phillips, Richard (Michelle) Phillips, and Lori (Steve) Ronk; 20 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by her husband; daughter, Kay Francis; son, John Phillips; and 2 infant granddaughters.
