I have lived and worked in this community for 42 years for 42 years. I have known Diane she has been my patient several times over the years. I have never had anyone who was so grateful and smiled so much even if it was just a glass of water that she wanted you to bring her she was always kind respectful And good natured and so I grew a great affection for her as a person, and as someone I have cared for, and who was always so very gracious. I know that she held her family as her greatest possession and her greatest accomplishment. She was very proud of each and everyone and she loved Pete so very much. Over the years I grew to see her as a friend even though she may be a patient of mine for one reason or another I still considered her a friend because she was someone you could talk to about anything and she loved to interact with us.  
. I am so very sorry to hear of her passing away, but I will hold the memories of her and that smile of hers in my heart forever rest easy, Diane I know you are watching over your family every minute.

I am saddened by this news . She was loved by many . She was always nice to me when I seen her . We talked some and she was always smiling. She will be forever missed. Rest easy:(

When I first met Diane it was at The Lure in Rumford! She gave me a hug first thing and always had the biggest smile on her face! Sending my condolences to Pete, Aaron, Mel and her family and friends.  Find comfort that she is at peace. XOXO

My prayers are with you Pete, boys, and all her family. Diane held a special place in my heart & I loved our chats. She will be greatly missed.

I remember going to a cookout at Aaron’s house. That smile and laughter demanded the attention of everyone there. Her playfulness and joy was contagious. One of those souls that brightened your day. You couldn’t have a bad day around her. There was a tenderness in her eyes that just felt like home. An honesty in her embrace that made anything bad just melt away. A woman full of joy and pride. A woman I will never forget. And one I will always be grateful to have met. Her love for her kids, was something rarely seen. I’m so thankful to have met her, and what I wouldn’t do for one more of those hugs that you feel in your soul, and one more of those smiles that changed your day!

I will always remember her and her sister walking to the store at Roxbury. Her camp was by the 3rd beach and mine was by the store. I would always stop to go say hello when I saw her.  Dianne was always so kind.  Pete and her were a perfect couple.  And of course we were both in the class of 1976. Proud to be her classmate.  Mike said at one point the girls and their grandparents (I believe) lived in their block or next to them by Waldo Street. May you fly high into your angel wings and let them care for you for a little while. Rest up loved one, Jesus is there.

I fondly remember our family trips to Rumford as a young boy. Watching Diane and Denise perform gymnastics in the yard was a real treat. And what was also so special was how she was so gracious - always doting on us younger cousins!

Sitting on Roxbury Beach and talking about our kids, the food we loved to eat or days gone by, was always something to look forward to.

Diane was kind and just a lovely person. I will miss her very much.

I remember Diane as one of the most beautiful and best figure skaters I have ever known. When we were in our teens she would be at the skating rink and we would all watch her skate like an angel.  I also had the privilege of going to school with Diane and she showed her skills in gymnastics. I send my condolences to her family and friends. Fly high with the angels Diane
