

She was born in Rumford, Maine on January 28, 1934 a daughter of Joseph E. and Lucy (Arsenault) Perry.
Betty was educated in Rumford schools and was a graduate of Stephens High School Class of 1952.
She married the love of her life Fernand “Fern” Dumoulin on August 7, 1954, together they celebrated 63 years of marriage and raised 4 children.
Betty was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker and was an excellent cook. She also enjoyed knitting, crafts, cribbage, and bowling, most of all she loved visiting with her children and grandchildren.
The grandchildren affectionately refer to her as “Grammy Candy.”
Betty was a communicant of Parish of the Holy Savior in Rumford.
Surviving are her husband of 63 years, Fernand “Fern” Dumoulin of Lewiston; children, Barbara J. Eiselstein of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, Peter J. Dumoulin and wife Debbie of Biddeford, Sara McGlauflin and husband Warren of Poland, and Paul A. Dumoulin and wife Melissa of Manchester, ME; a sister Emmy Lou Scharath and husband Erich of Plymouth, MA; ten grandchildren, Nicholas and wife Sarah, Emily and husband Zac, John, Brian, Katherine, Hunter, Annie, Maggie, Joey and Nathan; and three great grandchildren, Prescott, Charles and Leo.
She was predeceased by her parents, a son in law Stephen Eiselstein, a sister Irma Sirois, and three brothers, Paul, James and Raymond Perry.
