

She was born in Rumford, Maine on April 7, 1924 a daughter of Joseph and Demarise (Leclerc) Martin.
Ida was educated in Rumford schools and has lived locally all of her life.
She was employed for many years with Diamond Match in Dixfield and later at Fecteau’s Store in Rumford.
Ida was a communicant of Parish of the Holy Savior and was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne.
She loved family gatherings.
Surviving are her children, Rita R. Bradley and husband Albert of Rumford, Jeannette Chartier and husband Roger of Rumford, and Claire Lacroix of Rumford; four grandchildren, Lisa Roy and husband Joseph, Lori Roberts and husband Dale, Lynn Frost and husband David, and Kevin Bradley and wife Cecilia; six great grandchildren, Adam Roy, Breana Roberts, Brandon Roberts, Travis Frost, Tyler Frost, and Jake Ricci; a niece Jeannette Gallant, a nephew Fred St. Cyr, and many other nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Francois, 6 sisters, Alice, Rozilda, Rose, Laura, Margaret and Maria, and 4 brothers, Arthur, Willie, Joseph, and Gideon.
