On behalf of the West Central Umpires Association I want to express my sincere condolences to Lisa's sister and extended family. She was a long-time member of our board of umpires and will be greatly missed not only by her fellow umps but by the many young ladies who play the game of softball and depend on someone calling the balls and strikes. Lisa's happy countenance was a part of many games in Western Maine. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family. Lisa, rest in the peace that you well deserve. Dear Lisa & Donna,
It was more than shocking to read an obituary about your darling sister, Lisa today. I want to convey my deepest thoughts of sympathy to you and Donna. I met Lisa in the Rumford Public library where I worked for over 17 yrs. I saw her there often. She made me laugh all the time. We always had long conversations about books, and her love of animals. At that time, she was working at the local hospital, where I am sure they benefited from her expertise & sense of humor. A real gem of a gal, with a lovely smile. Remember Lisa and Donna, love grows more and more in Heaven. Big hugs to you both.

Please accept my deepest condolences for the loss of your beloved Lisa. I was very shocked and saddened to read her obituary today. Lisa helped to provide the wonderful care that is given to my mother at Pinnacle in Canton. She always took time away from her very busy schedule there to talk to me and my other siblings about how our mother is doing. Lisa was also one of my lifelong friends that I went to school with in Mexico. She was a very kind and gentle soul who surely has her angel wings in heaven. May you rest in peace Lisa.
