Yvette graduated from Stephens High School in 1964, carrying forward the values of home and community that shaped her early years in Rumford. Her care for others was evident throughout her life, expressed by her kind spirit, selfless presence and a readiness to help.
She was a stay-at-home mother until her children started school, dedicating those years to raising and nurturing a family. Later, she brought the same reliability and considerate spirit to her work with Oxford and TD Bank.
On October 25, 2003, Yvette married LeeRoy LeBlanc. Together they enjoyed 20 years of dancing, camping, traveling, and picking parties—simple pleasures made rich by companionship, shared laughter, and the comfort of being side by side. In all seasons of life, Yvette’s love was steady, and her generous heart helped create a home where others felt welcomed and cared for.
Yvette found joy in baking, cooking, gardening, and sewing—hands-on pursuits that reflected her thoughtful nature and the satisfaction she took in caring for others. Above all, she cherished spending time with her family and grandkids, offering them the kind of love that is patient, attentive, and enduring.
The family extends sincere thanks to the staff at Enclave of Scarborough and Rumford Community Home for their care and support. Special gratitude is also offered to her beloved niece, Jackie Kilbreth, for her love and attention.
