Helen Jeanette Spolarich

Born November 5, 1926 in Shepley, Wisconsin to parents Hjalmer & Ella (Stark) Matson. Helen passed away on May 13, 2026 in Sacramento, California at the age of 99. She is survived by her 2 sons: Gary (Judy) & Edward (Roseanne Fong) Spolarich, her 3 grandchildren: Lindsay Spolarich, Joseph Spolarich & Jenna (Paul) Hesterberg, 1 step-granddaughter Lara Greenup (Marshall) and 2 step great-grandchildren: Samuel Greenup & Benjamin Greenup. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph and son Daniel, 3 sisters: Irene Johnson, Harriet Gill & Betty McDonald. Helen was an Account Clerk II at the California Employment Development Department (EDD) for 21 years. She was also an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She enjoyed gardening and taking good care of her lawn. Family and Friends are invited to attend a Visitation on Friday, May 22, 2026 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the North Sacramento Funeral Home, 725 El Camino Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95815. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 23rd at 11:00am at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 1500 27th Street, Sacramento, CA 95816. Private Interment will take place at East Lawn Memorial Park, 4300 Folsom Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95819. The Family requests any donations to be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.
