I just want to say i’ll never forget you Reray, you were always so kind every-time you saw me,you would hug me and ask how i was doing you were so sweet and the best cousin ever i’m so sorry this happened to you it isn’t fair.

Reray, my heart is so broken. It truly isn’t fair. I am so sorry this happened to you. Lucas and Ailea love you so much, they are devastated. Please watch over everyone and be their guardian angels. I’ll make sure they both look after Leland and call him more. I think of you both as babies, always holding hands, always wrestling and giggling. I’m so sorry and I’m angry for you. Thanks for being such a big part of my children’s lives, especially their childhoods. You will be missed.

So many cherished memories I have of you.  I was there the day you were born into this world which I hold that memory close.
There was another moment, when I went to visit your grandma, Lupe, and you were there and as we were talking, you stood there looking at both of us, then said.. "Hey, you both have the same name.. Grandma" 😄
It was from that moment you referred to me as Grandma Hawaii. Since I was living back in the islands at that time. 
I loved when I heard you call me Grandma Hawaii even at your grown age. 
My heart not only breaks with losing you but to see your mom,  my youngest daughter,  grieve with a pain no mother should endure.

We will miss you every.single.day of our lifetime. Your smile, your laughter your jokes and your pure heart. Until we see you again, Reray...

Grandma Hawaii 🌺

Dear Ricky,

You were an amazing human being. When we were kids I always remember playing with action figures and Lego together. We would create imaginary scenarios and stories about whatever it is we wanted to. Dominick and I loved playing with you and your brother. I remember playing Pocket Gods and Auntie Desiree’s phone together. I remember when we would all wrestle in the pool. I remember you, and I will never forget you. We grew up together like brothers. You were my first little cousin. I love you so much and I wish I had the chance to tell you one more time. I miss you buddy and I love you. You will forever be in my mind and my heart.

My son, my first born, my boy…words don’t express how much and deeply I miss you since you were taken from us. I wish I had given you a hug and kiss that day before you left…I was so excited to hear about your tour and what the next steps were so I could help you achieve that. Hearing what had happened has been feeling like a nightmare that will never end. You have given me the best 19 years and even though your time here on earth was cut short, your story has been heard. Please wrap yourself around your brother Leland, Malakai and your sister Zeppelyn and Lennox. Give them signs to let them know it’s you and that you’re always with them. This is not goodbye my sweet boy, this is until we meet again and we will! Mommy love you soo much and I will remain strong for you and defend your name in your honor!

My first cousin, I will miss the days when we were just kids at the playground running around and playing with Legos and action figures. Ricky Ray had such strong emotions as a kid and seeing him express them will be memories I will cherish forever. My Mom would always love taking us on adventures and fun outings so we could grow up together tightly like the time we went to a creek and just had fun in 1-2 feet deep of water in some random path to the water. 

I pray you are forever peace and tranquility Ricky Ray. I love you.

Nephew, 
It brings me such grief and sadness with a broken heart  that I’m having to do this. My first nephew, 3rd grandson,  Dominick and Dyani’s first cousin, and the one who made your mom a Mommy.❤️ You were so full of life, light, amazing energy, happiness and goal driven. We have so many memories of you, it’s hard to pick just one. But, one of many if I had to choose, that really sticks out is when Uncle Evan and I were talking to you about a movie coming out called, Ready Player One. You wanted to see that movie so bad!! So we made an agreement. First, you read the book, then we’d treat you to a movie day with just you, Uncle Evan and I to take you and see it. You expressed  how much you disliked reading but agreed to do it. And you did!! You read the whole book and we were so proud of you. So, we took you to the movies as soon as you finished the book and the movie came out, spoiled you with all the snacks you wanted, and took you to In and Out after, per your request. That day was all about you and to celebrate that you accomplished reading the book. Despite your dismay about reading.😆 

Our families will never be the same without you. We will always and forever have you in our hearts. I’ll miss joking around with you, making you think I’m your weird auntie that says random silly things to make you smile, and miss that smirk on your face when you looked at me. I love you so very much Ricky Ray and I just wish I could just tell you that and kiss your face one more time!!
