Dorothy was the beloved wife of the late Victor Lavezzi; loving mother of Suzanne (Bernie) Geiger and Barbara (Stan) Kammerer; cherished grandmother of Eric Nicholson, Greg (Ellen) Geiger, David Nicholson, and Jennifer (Jim) Mikes; dear great-grandmother of Drew and Preston Nicholson, Caitlyn and Jimmy Mikes, and Brooke and Dane Colbert; dear aunt, great-aunt, and a good friend to many in her lifetime.
Dorothy was a longtime parishioner at Saint George Catholic Church, now known as Saint John Paul II, and very active in different parish organizations. She was also a proud longtime member of the Oakland House.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dorothy's memory to Pathways Hospice are greatly appreciated by the family.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint John Paul II Catholic Church. Dorothy will be laid to rest with Victor at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
