I  had just gotten to know Kelly while visiting my mother-in-law at Robings Manor. My father was a SeaBee, and that connection was part of our first conversation. I looked forward to chatting with Kelly, whether in the dining room or her room. I will truly miss her. My deepest sympathy to her family and all who knew and loved her.

I had the pleasure of working with Kelly for many years at Olin. A fellow Navy Veteran, she and I had a close relationship and enjoyed many off-the-clock activities as well....even a weekend trip to Las Vegas back in 1990. We kinda lost touch after I quit working at Olin, but she often times came to mind. Her sense of humor and engaging conversations were always a source for laughter at work. And she had the longest eye lashes I've ever seen!!! Sail on, Kelly!

Kelly was always reading a book when I would stop in to see her at Robings Manor. She was always happy and ready to have fun conversations about the happenings of life. She talked about her friends at Johnsons corner and how much they felt like family to her. Even on my difficult days, she could bring a smile to my face happy that I had stopped in.
