Will cherish the many memories I have of Marty and my husband, Bill together. They were best friends for years and we shared many times together. I remember cooking his favorite meal (stew and cornbread) on many of his birthdays while we all lived in Wichita. He often rode his motorcycle to our house and shared so many holidays and evenings with us. He visited Bill in Florida when he was ill and I had remained in touch since Bill's death.. A wonderful friend, a wonderful man who served the Lord always. I will cherish the memories and will miss him so much.

I have so many great memories, funny stories and special anecdotes from Fr. Whealen. A great teacher and an inspiring priest. Fr. Whealen will be missed but memories of him will never be forgotten! My deepest sympathies to his sister.
