How bout our Blues! 

I met Mike in the early 2000's, we met because he grew up with some of my friends. I did not see him with any regularity, but when I did get to see him I knew it was going to be a good night. The kind of night that would typically end the next morning... with a hangover. His passion for police work would shine through the stories he would tell and how excited he would get. It has been 10 years since I have seen or even talked to Mike, but I know that if I had the chance to sit down with him, it would have been like no time had passed. This is the true measure of a friend. My heart goes out to his children & family. RIP Langsdorf, you will be missed.

His story came across my screen yesterday at work and it hit me so incredibly hard I cannot imagine the pain you all are feeling.
