I met Pat 16yrs ago at Central Library she welcomed me with warmth and a friendly attitude we would talk everyday we worked
sometimes we would have lunch
What I remembered most was she would bring a brown bagged lunch with just simple things a sandwich a juice and a piece of fruit
I had lost touch with her when I got transferred to another branch but while working at Buder I met her sister Louise which I did not know was her sister until we started talking about library life
I was glad I could hear she was still around and she remembered me when Louise told her about me
Rest in peace Pat

Pat, I hope you realized how very special you were and still are too me. I will forever miss spending every day with you. I'm going to miss our kitchen chats. We would just sit at the table and talk about pretty much everything. I loved you as much as my own mother! You have been here for me since birth and i'm truly lost without you. You were my best friend and my heart is broken without you. I always strived to do everything I could to make you proud and I never wanted you to ever have to worry about me. I hope I did a good job of that. I can't even begin to explain all the memories we have together. I spent the last consecutive 9 years living with you so it's going to be impossible to name every amazing memory we had together. I know you're watching over me and my family. I can just feel it. I been so hurt over the fact that you won't be able you meet the new baby, but I know you'll see him/her. You said so before you left. It's going to be so hard to go on without having you here with me. You were my biggest cheerleader. I love you so much, Pat and I promise to stop ugly crying every time I see tiny things that remind me of you like donuts, chicken, chocolate, coffee. I just need a lot more time. I know you want me to be okay, but it's gonna take a long time to get over the loss of you. I will never forget you and I promise to keep your name alive through the kids just like you kept your mother, brother, and aunts names alive through me. Thank you for everything!!

Cousin Pat was so sweet every time you would see her. She was always so glad to see my Dad, Uncle Bud, asking how he was and wishing him well. God bless Pat and her family.

Pat, you never saw your halo, and you never felt your wings. You've always been an Angel. You wanted to go home so bad, and even though we gave you our blessing, we will never be ready to let you go. You really never understood the amount of people who are going to feel completely lost without you. You'll always be in my thoughts, my heart, and my prayers. I will forever appreciate and adore the time we spent together on earth and I will be eternally grateful for everything you've done for me. I'll think of you everytime I eat anything that I "really shouldn't". I love you with all my heart! Kisses and Hugs
