Beloved husband of Cathy Walker nee Carnaghi; dearest father of Gina (Korey) Carter and Joseph M. Walker: beloved grandfather of Kaelyn and Korinne Carter; dear brother of Linda (Gerry) Bast, Joyce (late John) Strathman, David (late Joan) Walker and the late Daniel (Judy) Walker; dear brother-in-law of Margaret Bruno, Marilyn (John) Bartin and Debbra (late Tom) Carnaghi.

Services: Visitation: Wednesday, May 5th, from 4-8pm at Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary, 6464 Chippewa at Watson and also on Thursday, May 6th viewing from 9-10am at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 5130 Wilson Ave.; 63110. The Mass of Christian Burial will start at 10am. Burial with Full Military Honors to follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Richard’s name may be made to the American Heart Association and the Sick and Elderly Program of the Hill.
