My sincerest condolences to Cathy, Gina and Joe. The first thing that comes to mind when I think of Rich is that every time he was driving us to school in the morning, he always seemed to make it fun. Every time I would run into him, there couldn't be a nicer or easier guy to talk to. He will be missed.

We will miss Rich so much. You couldn’t ask for a better neighbor and friend. We were Hill ‘newbies’ and he made us feel so welcome. He and his family gave us what we were looking for, the small town feel in the big city. His laugh was infectious and his kindness was unmatched. Rest In Peace and thank you for your service ❤️

One of my fondest memories of one of the first times I met Rich, I can’t really say on here about the tattoo on his arm of the USAF (what he told me it means) but I’m sure he told more than me that story. He was like a 2nd dad to me and I always looked forward to getting to see him. He could always put a smile on my face and anyone he met. I could go on and on but I won’t. He was a ball of joy and I hardly ever saw him mad. I’ll always cherish and miss you Mr.Walker. Love Ryan
