Dad loved going to Canterbury downs to play the ponies. He took Sarah and Laura when they were young . Sarah took betting slips to school for show and tell. Mom could always tell how lucky he was by asking girls what they ate at track. When dad was a the nursing home he told me the first free weekend we needed to go to the track. He said he would even use wheelchair so I didn't have to worry about him falling. Miss you dad.
