She is now in the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. In addition she will be greeted at the gates of heaven by her beloved husband Roland C. “Butch” Aubin, parents Richard and Matilda, sisters Jeanette (Amey) Olson, Frances (Amey) Gehrman, and Elizabeth (Amey) Patrin, son Kurt R. Youngdahl, and granddaughter Jessica Ann Lacey, who preceded her in death.
Dorothy will be greatly missed by her surviving family. Children; son Kenneth H. Youngdahl Jr. (Lynn), daughter Kathryn A. Phillippi (Richard). Siblings; sisters Geraldine Walker and Kathleen Wohlberg, brothers; Richard L. Amey, Donald G. Amey, John D. Amey, and Edward Amey. 9 Grandchildren; Jennifer M. Lacey (Daniel Burkard), Jacalyn D. Ames (Brian), Kenneth H. Youngdahl III (Anastasia), Crystal C. Mulvihill (Justin), Tanya L. Phillippi, Jeffery T. Phillippi, Tamara A. Griffith (Jason), Taryn K. Peterson (Matt), Trisha M. Phillippi (Jamie), 15 Great Grandchildren and many, many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Special thanks to the Ramsey County Care Center for the wonderful year Dorothy spent there, and to the Health Partners Hospice for your care during her brief stay.
A Memorial Service will be held at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home on Friday, August 21st, 2020, with visitation from 11 am to 12 pm, and service beginning at 12:00 pm. Please wear your favorite bright color to the service in memory of Dorothy. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
For better social distancing, Dorothy's service will be live on radio broadcast through 89.1 FM. Please join us from your cars in the funeral home parking lot for the service.

An anniversary celebration will be held in May of 2021 to pay tribute to Dorothy's life.
