It is with heavy heart that I am writing this.....

To my Buddy, Shawn, I have had a lot of fun times with you! You've shared me with your family like a brother and I've shared you with mine!

Deepest sympathies to Susan and family!
My family and I will keep you in our memory always!

Shawn was a fine young man and a good friend of my daughter, Amanda Dougherty. He was kind, sincere, and had a great smile. I never worried when Amanda joined him in snowboarding, etc. I knew she was safe and that he watched out for her. It was a comfort for me.
He will always be remembered.
I am so sorry to hear of his passing.

Man, this is a shock. Shawn always seemed so grateful to be alive, delighting in the little things from a bird perched in a tree on his property (which he so enjoyed having!) to a cool snowman he saw in the neighborhood. We'd all know this because he'd share these little delights with this email group that always included a grandpa - people I had never met but felt honored to be thought of to be included.
His crazy flight videos I often passed along to my own father, a former pilot, when he was alive to enjoy them.

I rode motorbikes with Shawn for a while about 15 yrs ago. I kept nagging him to sell me his Honda as I loved that bike. He was a gentleman's rider.

Shawn never had a negative word to say about anyone. A bright light of a soul who shall be missed in this world!

I worked very closely with Shawn (Punchy) at Pace Analytical. He was always in good spirits and was a very good person! Always willing to do things to make people laugh.

Miss you little buddy!

So very sorry for your loss. Shawn was such a sweet being. My heart is saddened that I have not seen him in years after I quit riding motorcycles. Shawn- so young. I can’t believe he left us. My condolences to the family. I remember him being so helpful to me as a girly rider. He was always excited to be apart of a ride and very kind and supportive person. We could always count on him for a smile and such positive energy. Life is precious - as he was. Q
