He is survived by his children, Charles and wife, Bonnie, Diane Stephens and husband, Ira, daughter-in-law, Rhonda Willey, grandchildren, Rebecca and Chelsea Willey, and Tyler Dixon, and great-granddaughters Jasmine Taylor and Lane Willey. He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Mary Virginia Davis Willey, son, Michael Willey and twin brother, Alfred Willey (Connie).
A graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 11am at Forest Grove Cemetery in Parsonsburg.
