Betty Mumford Eure

Betty worked at Showell Poultry as an administrator for 20 years and later worked as a sitter for Coastal Hospice. She loved line dancing, traveling, reading, and family gatherings. She was a member of Liberty Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Eure; two children, Will Mumford and Janice Bunting (Norman), grandchildren, Corby, Gunnar, Malcolm, Jake, Betty, Stevie, Crystal, and Glen; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; and a brother, Vernon Davis. Betty was preceded in death by her husbands, Melvin Bishop and Glen Mumford and children Stephen Bishop and Michelle Mumford, and siblings, Billy, Harold, Dewey, and Catherine Davis.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 11:30 am in the Mausoleum Chapel at Springhill Memory Gardens in Hebron.
