Charlotte Ann Parker, 75, of Salisbury passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born January 9, 1950, she was the daughter of the late William Henry Bratten and Flora Elizabeth Shockley Bratten.
Charlotte was an avid Hank Williams, Jr. fan. She was a hard worker, a devoted wife to her husband Otis who she married at the age of 14 and was married to for 61 years, and loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
In addition to her loving husband, Otis J. Parker, Jr. she is survived by three children, Jesse, Delores, and Ginger; grandchildren, Becky, Lindsey, Kimberly, Chelsea, and Steven; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Jolynn, Zoey, Oliver, Ryatt, and Maverick; sister, Patsy; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 11 brothers and sisters.
Following cremation a private family service will be held.
