Constance Willey, 84, of Parsonsburg passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Tidal Health in Salisbury. Born July 6, 1936 in Salisbury she was the daughter of the late Thomas Merrill Livingston and Bertie Adkins Livingston. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Alfred A. Willey in 2016 and her daughter, Sandra Willey. She is survived by her brother-in-law Albert Willey and several nieces and nephews. A graveside funeral service will be held Thursday at 2pm in Forest Grove Cemetery. Rev. Milbourne Adkins will officiate.
