Darley was a role model for me not just in Lionism but in public service in general. To say he was a good man doesn't begin to do him justice. Our community has lost a giant of a citizen and he will be dearly missed for a very long time. Love to Charlene and all the family. 🙏

I can't believe I won't be able to say "smile Travers!" anymore. The sky on Earth grew a little darker last Friday, while Heaven grew brighter. Darley would not want us to be sad. I thank God I had the chance to know you dear friend. I will see you again. We all will. Prepare a place for us dear Darley. I know you are smiling now.

Marsha and I send our prayers and condolences to Charlene and family. Darley was a kind, considerate and thoughtful man. We enjoyed many years of friendship and enjoyed working together on Lions matters. Just learned he was a fellow Mason. I am not surprised. Darley was a great example of integrity, good character, and a life well lived. We shall miss him. Prayers to Charlene.
