

David John Lamb, 91, of Palm Coast Florida, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2026 surrounded by love and the memories of a life well lived. David was Born on January 18, 1935 in Brooklyn, New York, to Marian and George Lamb. David was known for his lifelong passion for the bagpipes. Whether practicing at home or performing in New York City parades, weddings and funerals, the music brought him sheer joy and became one of the defining passions of his life. He was a devoted father to his children, a loving grandfather to his granddaughter, and a caring companion to his beloved cats who brought him great joy. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed clay bird shooting, boating, and spending time with his fellow members of the Elks Lodge. He found joy in pursuing these passions and in sharing them with family and friends.
David was predeceased in death by his wife Elaine Emily Lamb. He was a devoted husband who faithfully cared for his beloved wife until her passing, demonstrating a love, strength, and compassion that will be remembered by all who knew them. David was predeceased in death by his son, David Michael Lamb, who proudly served as a United States Marine. He was immensely proud of his son’s service and the man he became. He is survived by his beloved son Keith George Lamb, daughter Christine Anne Lamb, granddaughter Alyssa Elaine Lamb, his brothers Robert and Bruce Lamb, and other loving family members and friends who will cherish his memory and carry his love with them always. David will be remembered for his tremendous love of family, his independent spirit, and the happiness he found in the things he loved most.
