Doug was a truck driver by trade and an avid horseback rider.
He is survived by daughter, Katelyn Bertolina and her husband, Bill; son, Matthew Ennis; grandchildren, Laela and BJ; brother, Sam Ennis; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Pamela Tarr.
Following cremation, a private family service will be held at a later date.
