Frank enjoyed going out into the community for a meal, for coffee, and to stores like Walmart. His favorite foods were fish, broccoli, subs, and coffee. He loved being taken to the park, riding in a car, daydreaming at the waterfront, and eating fried chicken. He enjoyed relaxing in his recliner, watching television and listening to the radio. His room used to be decorated with NASCAAR and Ravens memorabilia. A resident at Dove Pointe for about 20 years, he made a lasting impact on all the staff that came into contact with him. Throughout that time and will be very missed by many.
A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 2pm at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury where friends may visit from 1:30pm- 2:00pm. Interment will follow in Siloam Cemetery.
