Louis "Lou" Massey Jr.

Louis “Lou” James Massey, Jr., 73, of Willards passed away Sunday, August 30, 2026, at Coastal Hospice at the Lake. Born February 10, 1953, he was the son of the late Louis James Massey, Sr. and Carlotta Dryden Massey.

Along with his wife Marie, they owned Lou’s Unisex and Washette for 44 years. He was a lifetime member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 654 in Salisbury.

He is survived by his stepson, Benjamin “Ben” Roberts and his wife Lisa; grandchildren, Brendan, Jeremy, Brady, and Bailey Roberts; brother, Bill Massey and his wife Cheryl; and his niece and nephew Kristen Bivens and Jason Massey. He was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Bessie “Marie” Massey in 2023.

A funeral service will be held Friday, September 18, 2026, at 11am at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Wicomico Memorial Park.
