Mark worked for nearly 40 years at Giant Food in Salisbury and cherished his friendships with coworkers and customers alike. A frequent patron of thrift stores, he was passionate about his many collections and sharing his finds with others. His love of thrifting was only bested by the love he had for his four kids who were his greatest joy. A gentle giant, his warm smile and storytelling will be remembered by all.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his children, Matthew Conner (Kayla), Robert (Laura), Emily, and Evan. Brothers Mike (Jill), Jim (Kathryn) and sisters Jacyne Conner and Marjorie Guldan (Steve). He was preceded in death by sister Joyce.
A Celebration of Mark’s Life will be held Saturday, July 12, 2025, at 1pm at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury. Inurnment will follow in Springhill Memory Gardens.
