Marlene E. Day, 76, of Salisbury passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at Delmar Villas Assisted Living in Delmar. Born May 13, 1946 in Baltimore she was the daughter of the late Bortner and Katie Day.
Marlene worked at Rockland Industries in Baltimore and after moving to Salisbury later worked for D&D Deliver and Moore Couriers. She was a Member of the Eastern Star for over 50 years.
In addition to her parents, her stepmother, Closie Day and her cousin, Maybelle Smith, also preceded her in death.
A funeral service will be held Friday at 11am at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Rev. Joel Beiler will officiate. Interment will be held at a later in Pine Grove Cemetery in Parkton, MD.
