Patricia Lee Hatton, 75, of Salisbury, died on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at TidalHealth Nanticoke in Seaford, DE. Born in Salisbury on January 26, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Richard R. Culp, Sr. and Irene F. Davis.
In her early working years, Patricia was a manager at Mister Donut and then she went on to manage the lunch counter at McCrory’s, both located in Salisbury. Patricia was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and enjoyed working alongside her husband at D. E. Hatton, Inc. before retiring. She has always been an active member of the churches she has attended over her lifetime, teaching Sunday school, singing in the choir, helping with the food pantry, and VBS. She especially enjoyed spending time with her husband of 47 years; fishing, crabbing, gardening, and being out on the boat. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Earle and Kimberly Hatton and two granddaughters, Zoie and Zeny Hatton; three sisters, Sylvia Meilhammer, Sharon Comer, and Deborah Graham. She was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Hatton, and her brother, Richard Culp.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, July 26, 2025, at 1pm at Cross Pointe Church of the Nazarene in Salisbury, MD. Pastor Larry Dunlap will officiate. Interment will follow at Sharptown Fireman’s Cemetery.
