Ruth M. Foskey

Ruth M. Foskey, 75, of Salisbury passed away Monday, November 16, 2015 at Anchorage Nursing Home. Born in Millsboro, DE she was the daughter of the late Edwin and Nettie Revell Baker. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was owner/ operator of a Poultry Farm and was named Outstanding Producer for Perdue Farms. Ruth loved bingo, playing pool, country line dancing, and was an avid fisher. She is survived by three children, Teresa Banks, Harley Edwin “Little Bud” Foskey, and Leisa Linsbeck; grandchildren, Kyle Hutchins, Terra Daisey, Alon Booker, Joshua Booker, Chani Banks, and Makayla Linsbeck; four great-grandchildren; brothers, George, Charles, and Elson Baker; sisters Mary Morris, Beverly Enos, and Brenda Perdue-Collins; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Booker, and sisters, Doris Fisher, Bonnie Oliphant, Marilyn Tyndall, and Linda Gravenor; and brother William Baker. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2015, 2:00 PM, at Bounds Funeral Home, 705 East Main Street, Salisbury, MD where friends may call one hour prior to the service.
