Sandra Lee Ellis, 79. Of Salisbury passed away Saturday, October 12, 2024 at Manokin Manor in Princess Anne. Born October 26, 1944 she was the daughter of the late Leslie D. McCann Shipley and Harry R. Shipley.
Sandy was a loving Mother, Grandmother and was an award-winning baker. She loved to cook for her family and would teach all that she loved. Her famous saying was "I don't measure with anything but love.”
Sandy spent her time as a GNA, it was truly her passion to take care of the elderly and they always adored her. Her other favorite things were music, dancing, drawing and painting. Sandy had fiery soul and a huge heart she shared with her loved ones.
She is survived by a daughter, Lisa Martinson and husband, Richard Martinson; grandchildren, Robert McCabe Jr., Amber Lewis, Kelsey Martinson, Charlse Parsons, Alexandra Parsons and Kacie Parsons; and 9 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Hudson; and a daughter, Brandy L. Hudson.
