Soon Rae Yom, 97, passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Salisbury Center Genesis. She was born November 29, 1923 in Seoul, Korea. She loved to attend Holy Redeemer Catholic Church where she enjoyed meeting new people. She loved to read, draw and writing in her daily journal. She is survived by two sons, Kyung B. Yom and Peter K. Yom; two daughters, Jung J. Kim and Young “Clara” Yom; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Hong Mo Yom in 2008; a grandson; two brothers, and three sisters. A private family service will be held.
