Vernon Howard Barnes, born May 12, 1940 in Stockton, MD to Linwood F. Barnes, Sr., father and Isabel Hancock Barnes, mother. He died on February 18, 2024 at the age of 83. All final arrangements including cremation will be handled by Bounds Funeral Home in Salisbury. There will be no service and his ashes will be spread according to his wishes.
