Ascension Laura Stallworth, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister entered rest on Janaury 7, 2015 at the age of 90. She was born to Simon and Carlotta Herrera on September 22, 1924 in Ford City, Pennsylvania. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Herman Stallworth and is survived by their two children, Mary Stallworth-Rincon and husband Edwin, David Stallworth and wife Brittany; 12 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sister, Mona Castro; and numerous others who loved and cared for her. The family will receive friends at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 22, 2015.
