Charles J. Bru, beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, entered rest on January 8, 2014 at the age of 84. A native of San Antonio, he was born to Joseph and Herta Bru on August 8, 1929. Mr. Bru honorably served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Pauline Bru and is survived by their daughters, Rebecca S. Campbell and husband Steven, Tricia M. Corey and husband Kevin; grandchildren: Crystal, Brittany, Tracy, Ashley, and Charlotte; great-grandchildren: Robert, Justine, and Brayden. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, January 13, 2014 at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers.
