Consuelo H. Flores

Consuelo H. Flores was born in Eagle Pass, Texas to parents Luz Hernandez and Juanita Velez Hernandez, on August 8, 1929, and passed into eternal rest on June 30, 2011 at the age of 81. She was preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband of 50 years, Salomon Flores. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by her friends and family. She is survived by her children, Grace Villarreal, Arturo and Martha Flores, Alfred and Teresa Barrera and long time companion Miguel Cerroblanco; grandchildren, Mary Alice Cuellar, George and Julie Villarreal, Julie Williams, Arturo and Stephanie Flores Jr., Michael and Cynthia Torres, Eric Flores, Adrian Barrera, Catherine Barrera; great grandchildren, Cindra Rae Cuellar, Sarah Villarreal, Abigail Villarreal, Harleigh Mason, Adam Mason, Brylan Williams, Cross Williams, J.J. Torres, Gavin Torres, Damien Flores and Dominic Flores. Our family wishes to thank the professionals at Odyssey Hospice and Westover Hills Rehabilitation Center for their devoted help. Now you can bless us from Heaven because we know that those were your first words as you greeted the morning. “God Bless MY children with a wonderful day.” The family will receive friends at 6:00 p.m., Monday, July 4, 2011 with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 5, 2011 to celebrate a 10:00 Mass at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2114 W.
