Dora was born on February 20, 1941 to the late Leobardo and Maria Perez and was the youngest of three children. She graduated from St. Teresa’s Academy and later married Gregorio Morales; they had three children, Greg, George and Grace.
Dora pursued her passion for hair styling and became a hairdresser. Her first job was at the now historic Joske’s and she continued to work at salons around San Antonio for many years. A fun- loving and vibrant person, Dora made friends wherever she went and often seemed she could not go anywhere without running into someone she knew. She enjoyed trips to the casino and loved playing Bingo and Loteria and was always up to catching a good movie. Dora loved to travel, go for drives and enjoyed visiting friends and relatives near and far.
She is survived by her son George Morales, her daughter Grace Ramirez and her husband Tomas Ramirez and her Daughter-in-Law Celia Morales; her five grandchildren, Nichole, Joshua, Isaac, Raven Olivia and Lee; her seven great grandchildren, Ezrah, Randy, Marina, Nevaeh, Zoe, Bryson and Bentley. She was preceded in death by her parents, her two brothers Alvino and Antonio, and her beloved son Greg.
Dora leaves behind a lifetime of memories and love and will forever be missed but never forgotten.
